No stove top in kitchen, so cooking options are extremely limited!!! Also, the bathroom had a strange smell that persisted. Finding parking nearby was quite a challenge on a busy street!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Residencial Condado, where the well-equipped kitchen and friendly atmosphere made for a pleasant experience. I appreciated the proximity to the marina and the clean, comfortable room.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Residencial Condado. The room was cozy and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a lovely view of the city and sea, and a thoughtful free bottle of water. The location was ideal, close to the bus and train station, making it easy to explore Faro.

My room was spacious and had this awesome balcony with a sea view! The bed was comfy, and everything was clean. The vibe was chill and staff was super friendly. Only thing was the bathroom could've used some extra ventilation since the fan made it smell a bit. Also, the communal space felt a bit cramped with the family around.

We stayed in a cozy family room with a lovely view of the city and sea. The clean facilities and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. The kids loved the communal kitchen where we could make free tea and coffee to relax after exploring.

My wife says that the small TV and lack of proper air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times.

The big fan helped cool off the hot room, but the drain smell was unpleasant.

Enjoyed a pleasant night in a compact room with a lovely view. The private bathroom was clean and functional, a must for comfort! Communication with the staff was exceptional, adding a personal touch to our experience. Perfect location, just a short walk to the heart of Faro.

The room was large with a comfortable bed and offered a lovely view across the city and sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. However, the communal kitchen was limited to only tea and coffee, and it was uncomfortable to be around the family that lived on-site. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when the fan was on, detracting from the overall experience.

This place was just a strong match for a flash stay in Faro with very good value for money. The reception staff were nice and always smiling, which made my short stay pleasant. Make sure to bring your own toiletries since they only provide the basics.
